Houman Javedan is the Associate Program Director for the Harvard Medical School Multicampus Geriatric Medicine Fellowship, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Javedan also serves as the Site Director for Brigham and Women’s Hospital. In addition, Dr. Javedan is the Clinical Director of the Division of Aging at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Javedan’s academic focus is on clinical innovation and frailty management with improved outcomes in geriatric medicine. Over the past five years he has implemented geriatric co-management programs across key specialties within Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Javedan teaches the Geriatric Clinical Reasoning curriculum for the fellowship, with a focus on clinical decision making in the setting of uncertainty and the complexity of older patients.
